The doors (and gate!) to Gipsy House gardens are being thrown open on Saturday 21 June to raise money for the Roald Dahl Foundation. There'll be brass bands and afternoon teas and Roald Dahl story-telling. Let's hope the sun's shining!

Hilarious new prize launched! - (19/5/2008)

Booktrust has just announced a new prize in honour of Roald Dahl. To be known as the Roald Dahl Funny Book Prize, it promises to snuffle out the most hilarious kids books of the past 12 months. Among the judges is Children's Laureate Michael Rosen... so it's bound to be a laugh!

Visit Roald Dahl's garden - (10/4/2008)

The first of 2008's garden openings at Gipsy House takes place on Wednesday 23 April between 2.00pm and 5.00pm in aid of the National Garden Scheme. Pop along and you can smell the flowers and even see Roald's hut where he wrote many of his most famous books!
